1. Replacement Eligibility

At Dubai Elite Store, we take product quality seriously. You are eligible for a replacement if the product you receive is:

Damaged during delivery
To qualify, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including the original product box and all accessories.
2. Timeframe for Complaints

All complaints must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Replacement requests made within 7 days of delivery will be processed free of charge.

Requests made after 7 days (but within 30 days) may be subject to replacement handling charges.
Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be entertained.
3. Replacement Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team within the eligible timeframe and provide:

A clear video showing the issue with the product
In many cases, issues arise due to product usage. Our support team will first guide you through troubleshooting steps. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will proceed with the replacement.
Step 2: Replacement Options
Option A – Return to Warehouse
You will be asked to ship the product in its original packaging (including all accessories) to our warehouse:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days.
Option B – Scheduled Pickup
We may arrange a courier pickup and replacement within 14 working days.
Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original box with all accessories before the courier arrives.
4. Important Notes
